The Nike Air Force 1 “Split” Returns In A Bright Crimson

Update: The Nike Air Force 1 Low Split in “Barley Grey/Habanero Red” is available now for $130 at Nike.

The iconic Air Force 1 had a bit of a resurgent year in 2017, with its presence in the OFF WHITE “The Ten” collection, as well as the AF100 celebration. Now, the Swoosh is ushering in a second colorway of its “Split” design with a bit of a twist this time around. On the previously released two-faced black and white pair, Nike added exaggerated tumbled leather to the smaller white sector, while this time the Bright Crimson portion features luxe croc-skin detailing. One of the cleaner details of this selection, is the fact that while the entire toebox is dressed in white, it is offset by the sneaker’s heel tab adorned in red – including the embroidered Nike branding. While no specific release date has surfaced, expect this “Split” Air Force 1 Low iteration to arrive at Nike Sportswear retailers in January of 2018.
