The Nike Air Woven Boot Adds Snakeskin Leather On The Heel

The Nike Air Woven Boot was one of the earliest HTM collaborations of the early 2000s, revealing itself in an all-black Woven upper and the classic Air Woven sole. While hardly a mainstream hit, the Air Woven and its constituents had a huge cult following in Japan. Woven uppers became much more prevalent in the early 2000s, but with the brand’s newer sole units such as Lunar and, more recently, Air Max. Nike brought back the original Air Woven Boot late in 2017 as part of the overflowing “Flax” collection; it appears once more in a new black colorway with snakeskin leather heel panels one the huarache-style design (not the Air Huarache, but the actual Mexican sandal).
