Man Who Made Millions Selling Fake Jordans Sentenced To Four Months In Prison

Supplied PDX duped sneakerheads for millions of dollars by pushing counterfeit Air Jordans for years. Today, it’s being reported by oregonlive that Pepion has been sentenced to four months in prison followed by three months of supervised release; he pleaded guilty to the charges on June of last year. Two years ago, it was reported that Supplied’s owner James Pepion was finally caught in his schtick as Nike had been working closely with the feds for nearly all of 2015 to bring him down. From March through November of that year, special agents had been intercepting packages from China to Pepion, all of which contained fake Jordans. In addition to his sentence, Pepion was ordered to repay Nike $100,000 and and additional $50,000 for the brand’s legal costs.
