The Hot-Rod Inspired Nike Zoom Streak Spectrum Plus Premium Drops Soon

The Hot-Rod Inspired Nike Zoom Streak Spectrum Plus Premium Drops Soon

If tonal, muted colors are your thing, look away. Now. One of the wildest and wackiest sneaker releases of 2018, the re-issue of the Nike Zoom Streak Spectrum Plus at the hands of skate-luxury brand Supreme, is ready to return to stores in an even wilder and haphazard design. Originally designed by footwear design veteran Steven Smith, the Zoom Streak Spectrum Plus was created for Japanese runners who required a bit more motion control and structure, while the aesthetics were heavily influenced by hot-rod drag-racing culture. For these two updated iterations, those fiery graphics are a bit disguised by even more hot-rod inspired patterns and the finish-line checkerboard print that add to the shoe’s speedy intent. Expect a release on August 18th at select retailers listed below.
