To celebrate this honor, Nike commissioned The Shoe Surgeon on what might his most ambitious to date – a shoe made of gold and diamonds. This one-of-one creation features genuine crocodile skin finished in 24k gold. There are several pieces of solid gold around the shoe as well, but the true centerpiece is the custom-made lion head pendant crusted in diamonds. Will LeBron wear these in a game?
