The Air Jordan 5 “Fresh Prince” Will Release At An OG West Philadelphia Store

With the release of the Air Jordan 5 on Will Smith’s 50th birthday arriving just around the corner, it only makes sense for Jordan Brand to release the shoe where Will and DJ Jazzy Jeff did their own sneaker shopping. City Blue Shop of West Philadelphia, one of the earliest purveyors of Nike footwear in West Philadelphia, will release the upcoming Air Jordan 5 “Fresh Prince” at their original 52nd St. location on a first-come, first-serve basis to serve the community around this OG neighborhood shop, with a matching tee available as well. As one of the most influential and culturally relevant TV characters of all-time, Will Smith definitely put West Philly flavor on the map. Check out a closer look here and stay tuned for City Blue Shop’s in-store release as well as the global release at other Jordan accounts.
