As the first-ever shoe to feature the now-iconic “Safari” print, the Tinker Hatfield-designed Nike Air Safari holds an esteemed spot in the Swoosh Brand’s archives. 2018 has served as a revival of sorts for the classic model as well, as it’s come to market in several colorways both new and old. The latest pair to join the pack of releases calls upon the iconic print in a slightly different way though — making for a look that’s more jungle than Sahara. The forefoot and midfoot feature a mix of olive green mesh, nubuck, and leather. Black appears towards the back to provide contrast, starting with the midfoot Swoosh before also appearing on the collar. The upper is then completed by a generous helping of black and tan safari print on the heel, and a two-tone black and white midsole finalizes the shoe’s look. Supporter of the Safari?
