The Nike Tailwind 79 Has More Vintage Style Colorways Available

While a number of sneakers the likes of the React Element 87, the Air Jordan 1, and the Vapormax Plus have been garnering most of the attention this year, the return of the Nike Tailwind 79 deserves some attention as one of the sleeper hits of 2018. Easily one of the most influential models in the Swoosh’s history, the Tailwind helped introduce the world to Air technology, one of the most replicated pieces of cushioning across Beaverton’s entire arsenal. After debuting again in an OG outfit, the Tailwind has picked up steam with a few new colors including the clean Phantom version you see here.
