The Nike Air Max 720 Gets A Flaming Hot Gradient Upper

The already futuristic-looking Nike Air Max 720 is receiving an intense gradient upper in an orange/red/violet palette evoking the sun and space. The model’s plump visible Air unit dons the most straightforward hue of the gradient with the orange turning reddish as it climbs from up the plastic midsole molding onto the breathable, contoured upper. The magma scheme wraps around the silhouette, but is curbed by the black mesh panels at the midfoot and heel, as well as detailing at the toe. From a bird’s eye-view, violet runs straight through the middle of the shoe, starting from the toe-box – through the laces and tongue – and ending at the heel tab.
