The New Balance 997 remains at the ready for brand new toolings, departing from the usual template gradually with each further release. Though quite a bit truer to the original DNA, this newest “Bison” capsule incorporates tumbled leather for a kit that is contemporary while still quite unique in its luxe construction. Three colorways make up the entire pack, utilizing versatile hues of black, deep blue, and white, allowing fabrications and matte textures to catch a wondering eye. Overall make-ups are kept tonal with each accent adhering to the primary tone while white outsoles break up monotony along the darker shades.
