NEIGHBORHOOD x adidas Ultra Boost Set To Release This Weekend In Japan

Japanese menswear stalwart NEIGHBORHOOD is ready to unleash another collaboration with longstanding partner adidas, but getting a pair in your hands might be tougher than the usual release. Working with the brand on two iterations of the Ultra Boost, brand CEO and designer Takizawa Shinsuke added some modifications to the contemporary classic by replacing the Primeknit uppers with a canvas-like material while adding a lifestyle-friendly leather accents on the tongue, interior lining, and the heel-cap, which features label’s name pressed into exterior. Obviously the most standout touch is the arrowed lighting bolts that appear at the toe, befitting the natural electric theme composed by the brand’s founder. Both colorways of the NEIGHBORHOOD x adidas Ultra Boost will drop this Saturday, April 27th exclusively in Japan.
