Nike Adds A Colorful Mix Of Red, Teal, And Navy To The Air Max 2 Light

The Air Max 2 Light, after an eventful set of releases in the past few months, is forgoing the wildly inventive constructions of Japan’s atmos for a color blocked staple, mixing in a plethora of vibrant tones for a smooth piece of tonal synergy. Luxe leathers fill the majority of the construction with mesh arriving only sparingly along the toe box and segments of the tongue, which find contrast to the rest of the kit in its use of a blinding white. Those same neutral accents find way on the laces and midsole, leaving the uppers chaotic paneling to amaze by way of Habanero Reds, Armory Navys, and Radiant Emeralds. Swooshes opt for a muted yellow, sitting against a backdrop of more saturated swathes, while other branding accents choose more muted forms of expression. Grab a detailed look at the pair below and expect to find it rolling out to select retailers and Nike.com on May 30th.
