The 2019 NBA Draft will be one for the ages, and not just because of the Duke’s Zion Williamson. Ja Maront, who is projected to be picked second overall by the Memphis Grizzlies, has been believed to be the best prospect in the entire draft by high-ranking NBA executives including Jerry West. Of course we never know how draft night will shake up, but it’s confirmed that the Murray St. point guard will be rocking the Swoosh for years to come. He’s signed a multi-year endorsement deal with the Beaverton brand, with the possibility of a signature shoe line in the conversation for the future. As the 2019-2020 NBA Season approaches and draft night passes, official details of this contract are sure to follow.
