Nike Reconstructs The Air Force 1 Into The AF1 Low Type

Nike Reconstructs The Air Force 1 Into The AF1 Low Type

Debuting the line-up with a model much closer to the ground, Nike’s latest “Drop Type” endeavors grows to include the iconic Air Force 1, keeping the model right on the edge of recognizability. Minimal in its branding though eccentrically modified in its colorful add-ons, the pair boasts a velcro strap adorned across its heel wrap while tongues take the form of saturated blues with round indented segments. Taped seams — dyed in a bright coral — alongside a penciled “n.354” take the place of the typical profile swoosh with a similarly styled check resting right on the suede of the rear tab. While starting off with completely ordinary sole units, the pair leads to a toe cap of seemingly crocodile patterning, doubled in size to create a much more overt separation. Grab a detailed look at the pair below and expect it release on June 28th at Nike.com and select retailers.
