As the newest to gain favor out of their mainline endeavors — though dressed up in elements from their most avant-garde creations — the ZoomX Vista Grind amazes, landing in a place between a wild futuristic roller skate and a Neo-Tokyo staple. Uppers borrow that slight translucence found in 2018’s coveted React Element 87 with the classic check painted over both the outer and inner layers. Orange panelling contribute to contrast right at the corners of the tongue with the heel support cap doing the same in hardshell. What may be the most standout feature of all, however, is the aggressive sole unit, whose stature towers over notables like the Air Force 1; bits of cushion poke through from within its segmented molds, shining the a bright neon green in connection to the focal tone.
