Sole units borrow the patented cushioning from the Air Max 720 with uppers that somewhat resemble their original constructions though suped-up in ballistic-esque mesh and utilitarian embellishments. Stitching cross from the vamp towards the extended gloss midsoles of the rear, holding in place a think outer layer that shrouds the elastic weaves of the partially hidden sock lining. Bungeed cord with toggles replace traditional lace units, though the overarching straps do more than their part in filling the negative space.
