LeBron James has been lampin’ in Las Vegas this weekend, checking out the next generation of Lakers at the annual NBA Summer League, and he took in the Lake Show’s Saturday game against the Clippers in a special team-themed PE version of his Nike LeBron 3. Each shoe utilizes the team’s signature purple and gold palette in a different fashion, using a rich purple base with gold trim on the left shoe, and a regal gold base with purple trim on the right shoe. Both feet are then unified with crisp white overlays on the toebox, mudguard, and heel to finalize the look. While there’s no word yet on if these striking Nike shoes are a 1-of-1 design created just for the King or they’ll eventually see a retail release, you can catch a first look here, and when you’re done let us know which LA-based team will have a better 2019-2020 season as well.
