Ross Dwyer Nike’s experimental Air DSVM silhouette is a lot to take in with its wild construction and Vapormax cushioning unit, but it’s certainly attention-grabbing and now it’s set to release in a new OKC Thunder-esque color scheme for the remaining summer months. An interesting design sketch come to life, the upper features an off-white mesh base that’s overlaid by stark white leather on the midfoot cage and hard plastic heel/toe pieces. Colorful orange, yellow, and blue accents are then sprinkled across the upper’s various pieces like the velcro ankle straps, throat, and branded tabs to add a little extra flair without pulling attention away from the shoe’s unique shape. Down below, a crystal-clear Vapormax cushioning unit reinforced with both white and yellow rubber finalizes the look. These new Air DSVMs are available now on Nike.com and at select Swoosh Brand stockists for $190 USD.
