The Reebok Answer V Retro Is Dropping In Black And College Royal

After returning for the first time ever in its white/red colorway and then receiving a collaborative makeover at the hands of Eric Emanuel, Allen Iverson‘s classic Reebok Answer V is back in black and college royal. The upper is constructed of a soft and smoky black suede, and immediately accented in sporty fashion by a bold blue patent leather lace shroud, one that’s secured by a black hook-and-loop closure on the heel. Further detailing then arrives via a jeweled logo badge on the lateral midfoot. The midsole features a blue midfoot shank that extends onto the upper to hold the aforementioned lace shroud in place. It’s also packed full of classic DMX cushioning to ensure a still-springy and responsive feel that’s fast enough for the quickest guards but sturdy enough for the most rugged big men as well. A premium leather sockliner then finalizes the look.
