COMME des GARÇONS x Nike Dunk Low Coming In 2020

A hallmark of the Nike brand, COMME des GARÇONS remains one of the most prominent, influential, and imaginative collaborators to grace the halls of Beaverton since their inception. With fellow notables like Jun Takahashi of UNDERCOVER, Yoon of AMBUSH, and many others joining the ranks alongside, it’s Rei Kawakubo’s legendary institution that has captured the hearts of many with translucent Dunk Highs and hot pink Air Max 180s. Often toeing the line between the extremely avant-garde and the lovingly minimalistic, the latest creation, which is set to take up canvas along the reviving Dunk Low, is a women’s exclusive of mostly black tones. As rumored by @pyleaks, expect the Black/Black pair to be simple much like the Footscape and Blazers from quite a bit ago, though its unconfirmed whether or not it will boast striking deformations or material makeovers. If you’re interested in seeing what the two have in store, keep it locked for word on official images and set release dates.

UPDATE: The CDG x Dunk Lows were just revealed on the runway to be translucent similar to the stalwart’s Dunk High. However, the material is more akin to the React Element 97 than the PVC of the aforementioned.
