1995’s Nike Air Streak Lite Is Returning In Original Colorways

1995’s Nike Air Streak Lite Is Returning In Original Colorways

While the luxury houses are still playing with large shapes, Nike is setting the curve, bringing back one of their long lost classics, the Air Streak Lite, in the same low profile silhouette it became known for back during its 1995 debut. And with its OG colorways coming back in waves — the first of such being the “Back on Track” with its multicolor accents — the latest blends in some tonal diversity, contrasting against the more colorful, sportswear-influenced grain with one of the model’s most versatile kits. Along the outward constructions of mesh and smooth nubuck, a mostly neutral white shade dresses almost entirely, the latter material diverting by way of a small margin in its slightly tanned finish. Elsewhere, accents such as the swoosh and scattered textiles add in a small fraction of color with gold and light blue, respectively, while the Kanji along the tongue spells out “Speed” as is fitting of the runner’s competitive roots. Grab a detailed look at these here, and if you’re interested in picking up this pair, they’ll be arriving at retailers come March 1st, 2020.
