Following its return to the shelves that took place in April 2019 with its OG “Medicine Ball” colorway, the Air Trainer 3 Retro looks to cease its hiatus and thus revive in a colorway that will evoke some throwback emotion. Harking back all the way to 1988 fans would have to sift through catalogs to receive knowledge of the latest Nike Sportswear kicks, the Swoosh has decided to retro a makeover that plays on its original patriotic motif. It’s primary angelic white hue that wraps a majority of its leather base materials is kept consistent, but for this updated iteration, the Swoosh logos are now switched up with a red paint job, the eyelets carry a navy coating, and the mid-foot straps and caged overlays present near the forefoot and rears now find themselves dyed in a lighter grey. You can find a detailed look at these trainers here below, and while a release date is yet to be confirmed, you can expect them to drop likely on Nike.com and select retailers in the coming weeks for a retail price of $130 USD.
