Gradient Fades Appear On Select Overlays On The Nike Air Max 270 React

Despite the retail debut of its reworked upper just weeks ago, the Nike Air Max 270 React seems poised to hold onto its original design for just a little bit longer as suggested by its recent slew of ACG-inspired outfits or this upcoming gradient-laden arrangement. Similar to on an Air Max 98 that emerged late last year, construction – from uppers to midsoles – on this hybrid model are left rather plain in “Summit White” or its relative “Bust Grey.” Slight contrast comes by way of dark grey eyestays, collar lining, and heel tabs, but ramps up considerably at the profile swooshes and heel overlays – both done in a magma-like gradient. The Air Max 270 heel unit joins the mix in all its translucent orange glory.

No release date information is yet known, but it’s quite possible this Air Max 270 React will drop on Nike.com alongside the aforementioned Air Max 98 as part of a magma or rust-related collection in the coming months. Until then, enjoy official images here below.
