Steering away from its brighter-hued uppers that laid upon its introductory colorways, this latest version dyes its base constructions in plain black, leaving ample room for complementary notes of color to attract attention of their own. These AM Veronas deliver an interesting dichotomy of soft and saturated accents. The former is presented through muted pastel greens along the heel overlays, while the latter sees through via neon pinks and oranges employed through the tongues, lace loops, and heel tabs. Additionally, the enlarged Air unit inspired the Air Max 200, features a combination of the aforementioned pink and green tones, but converges them in gradient fashion.
