Disney’s Goofy Covers This Upcoming adidas Ultra Boost

Disney’s Goofy Covers This Upcoming adidas Ultra Boost

From a limited gold Superstar (which sold out quickly) to the pending Prada adidas collaboration unveiling a Metallic Silver Superstar, The Three Stripes Brand has made headlines over the last week. And with more solo and collaborative releases in the works, adidas plans to continue its impressive run. On the latter end, the German sportswear behemoth is revisiting its partnership with Disney, only this time giving Goofy the spotlight on an upcoming Ultra Boost.

Ditching the lifestyle silhouettes Mickey Mouse took over last month, the tall, turtleneck-wearing cartoon appears on adidas’ marquee runner. Clad in “Black,” Primeknit uppers and Boost midsoles set the stage for Goofy’s antics. Images throughout the Ultra Boost depict Goofy surfing, hitting a baseball, or simply being goofy, all donning various colors; The full blue/yellow/green/red spectrum that animates these motifs also decorate the tongue label and “ultra” branding at the lateral heel. Elsewhere, left insoles feature a Goofy graphic accompanied by “adidas” and “Disney” logos.

Take a closer look at the upcoming Disney x adidas Ultra Boost here below while you wait for pairs to drop on adidas.com in the coming weeks.
