While currently busy with the Superstar‘s 50th Anniversary, among other projects, adidas has continued to carve out time for its performance-oriented silhouettes. And though there’s never a shortage of the Ultra Boost for running, the brand’s non-signature basketball sneaker line has ostensibly been demanding more attention. Among it, the Streetball has recently surfaced in an arrangement that suggests things will only go upward from here.
Akin to former iterations, the latest Streetball arrives in a semi-tonal scheme. “Cream White” covers the entire mixed leather and mesh upper; it also appears in a milky composition across the rubber outsole and its extended tooling. “Safari”-like dotted patterns enter the mix across the midfoot, tongue and heel, adding eye-catching flair to an already impressive pair. Profile 3-Stripes, along with collar lining, feature a “Grey Two” trim that complements the light-colored Streetball.
Details of a stateside adidas.com launch are still unknown, but pairs of this retro-style hoop model are available right now at the brand’s web stores across Asia.
