Joe Burrow And More NFL Draft Hopefuls Receive Custom Nike Footwear Ahead Of NFL Draft

What once seemed like a dream to play in the NFL is about to become a reality for a select group of athletes as the 2020 draft is set to commence on Thursday, April 23rd. And in honor of this momentous occasion, Nike is supplying some of their newly signed members such as Joe Burrow, Ceedee Lamb, D’Andre Swift, and Jerry Jeudy with a pair of personalized kicks. Each variation is specially tailored to each respective athlete by presenting features including that of personal favorite quotes, hometown icons, alma mater colors, and more.

Projected #1 overall pick Joe Burrow’s custom Air Max 90s are done up in full LSU allure as they are hued in tiger team colors merged in hand-painted style patterns across the mudguards and heels. In addition, the footbeds print “Air Burreaux” to nod to the spelling of the last name featured on his senior night threads. Oklahoma’s Ceedee Lamb will be receiving a pair of Air Force 1s that feature the number 32 in honor of his uncle who molded him into the outstanding wide receiver he is today, followed by a Fleur-de-lis insignia to represent his New Orleans birth town, and insoles that read one of his dad’s favorite quotes, “Too Far From The Heart”.

Being that D’Andre Swift is a Philadelphia native, his custom AF1s are adorned with the city’s skyline affixed upon the lateral heels, followed by the insole graphics that spell out the phrase “Beyond Blessed” to represent his gratitude for making to this point in his career. Lastly, Alabama’s Jerry Jeudy is getting lobbed Air Force 1s executed with red and blue accents and Zoe Life interior insignias as a homage to his Haitian background, followed by his jersey #4 stamped towards the heels.
