Elliot Santiago After enlightening the sneaker community with a sneak peek into its future plans including a “Cool Grey” reissue and a “Georgetown” makeover eyeing a release in 2021, the Air Jordan 3 is getting back on track with its Spring 2020 drops this weekend. Absent from the release calendar since its “UNC” delivery this past March, the Tinker Hatfield-designed silhouette is now keeping its “Animal Instinct” series trucking along with a 2.0 edition.
Material-wise, the uppers are packaged with crocodile and ostrich leathers that compose its base, and are accompanied by overlays that split between snakeskin and classical elephant prints between the toe tips and rear. Additionally, the tongues feature with faux lizard prints and the ankle collars are ornamented with alligator leathers to further communicate its jungle motif. If you think you’re going to want add these fierce Jordans to your wardrobe this season, they will be launching on June 13th via Nike.com as well as the retailers here below for $250 USD.
