Sneaker News Although the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League has officially cancelled its Summer 2020 circuit due to COVID-19, the organization is still rewarding the participants with exclusive gear annually issued to the game’s young talents. Included in this year’s collection is the Kobe 5 Protro, doused in a tie-dye pattern, royal blue collar, and bright orange outsole, and a KD 13 with a psychedelic pattern with a bright neon outsole. Each respective basketball shoe will come with a full set of gear – sweats, tees, hoodies, and basketballs. While it’s not entirely clear if either of the EYBL shoes will be available at retail, it’s more than likely that Kevin Durant’s pair could see a release given the KD 12 EYBL release in 2019 and the current hiatus of Kobe product.
