Japan-Exclusive Air Jordan 3 Retro SE “Denim” Features Custom Heel Logos

Japan-Exclusive Air Jordan 3 Retro SE “Denim” Features Custom Heel Logos

Slated to drop this August is a Japan-exclusive iteration of the Air Jordan 3 Retro SE, a lifestyle spin on the legendary basketball shoe from 1988. Presumably created to honor the Olympics Games that were originally set to go down this Summer, this Air Jordan 3 – one of many Jordans planned for this Fall – honors the unparalleled craft of Japanese denim by adorning the toe-guard, heel, and lace collar with the material. The famed elephant print is not forgotten as it exists as a light overlay on the denim to re-create the intended look by Tinker Hatfield. While we’ve already seen extensive previews of this model, today we get a first look at the custom heel logo as it features the katakana-style logo beneath the Jumpman Air on the translucent heel clip. These are indeed a CO.JP drop, meaning these will not be available outside of the country. See the detailed look at the official images of Jordan 3 Denim ahead.

In other Air Jordan news, the Air Jordan 1 “Neutral Grey” releases on August 7th.
