Mini Metallic Swooshes Land On Another Nike Blazer Mid ’77 LX

Mini Metallic Swooshes Land On Another Nike Blazer Mid ’77 LX

While overshadowed by the Nike Air Force 1, the Blazer Mid 77 has recently emerged in an arrangement borrowed from its successor: a two-tone colorway complemented by miniature metallic Swooshes.

“White” leather sets the stage across the pair’s upper for its eye-catching embellishments; by contrast, an adjacent pair dons an all-“Black” build. Unlike most iterations of the Blazer seen throughout 2020, profile logos forgo any stark contrast in favor of camouflaging with their surroundings. Suede overlays at the lateral forefoot and toe tip indulge in their traditional light-grey suede construction, almost proffering a non-shimmering version of the “Chrome”-like Swooshes at the rear profiles. Branding on the exposed-foam tongue and leather heel deviate from the aforementioned plain palette with their “Hyper Royal” makeup; the bold blue hue also animates the “Dance” by Henri Matisse-remininscent graphic on the sockliner. Underfoot, the vintage-inspired Blazer Mid covers its entire sole unit in “White”.

An official Nike.com release date is still unknown, but that is likely to change in the coming weeks. In the meantime, enjoy official images of this Blazer Mid ’77 ahead.
