Air Jordan 1 PEs are some of the most collectible pieces of work in the entire span of sneaker culture, most selling for quite a decent sum if they ever make it to the market. English Sole, an avid collector of such items, is one of the few to call these rarities his own, and he’s since presented a vast number in detail for his on-going series on social media.
The latest, which was shared to us just today, is the extremely exclusive Air Jordan 1 Marquette PE, an offering believed to be 1 of a total 40 in existence. As its namesake would imply, the colorway borrows entirely from the university’s signature palette. Blues of both light and dark shade dress the majority of the upper, its materials composed of cracked leathers as well as luxe faux croc and even faux stingray. Hits of yellow finish the connection to the school at the accenting points, coating the Wings insignia, the tread, and the Nike patch at the tongue.
