The Air Jordan 5 Golf “Black Grape” Releases On September 4th

The Air Jordan 5 Golf “Black Grape” Releases On September 4th

Jordan Brand, though first created for basketball, has slowly inched its way into many other categories. Just as runners have arrived in spades, so, too, have golf silhouettes — the aptly named Air Jordan 5 Golf one of the most significant. And after quite a few colorful renditions, the modified design is looking back on past OGs as it dons a striking “Black Grape” colorway.

At most points, the pair is a carbon copy of the original save for its sport-specific tread and shorter height. Toolings are coated in the same two-toned arrangement as expected, with purples dressing the midsole alongside rippled molds of an aqua blue. Above, a nubuck construction is coated entirely in black shades, matching that of the laces as well as the lining but not the cages whose finish is marked with a clear synthetic. Jumpman embroideries stamp the heel in the light cool cool tone, branding in tandem with the larger fixture that dresses atop the slightly shortened Grape tongue.

Grab an official look at these here and expect a release to arrive soon at Nike.com.

In other news, Nike just officially debuted the Dunk Low Disrupt.
