Jovani Hernandez As the world awaits its low-top, non-skateboarding collaboration with sacai, the Nike SB Zoom Blazer Mid has emerged in an understated, but impressive black and gum brown colorway.
Unlike Eastern-inspired “Sashiko” iterations, the forthcoming release opts for a tonal, full-leather arrangement across its upper. Further differentiating itself from previous options, this Blazer Mid features semi-opaque jewel swooshes at the profiles, as well as a ribbed “NIKE”-branded heel panel. Rope laces with ostensibly reflective detailing on them interrupt the predominantly black color scheme. Underfoot, the semi-translucent sole unit follows suit, but in a fan-favorite light gum brown makeup.
