Jovani Hernandez Teased by Pharrell Williams alongside Migos’ Quavo, the adidas NMD Hu “Extra Eye” arrives on October 2nd in a “Legacy Purple/Off White/Light Aqua” colorway.
Although the Virginia-native has prepped a slew of tonal adidas footwear for the remainder of 2020, his forthcoming BOOST-cushioned proposal features a palette comprised of disparate tones. Primeknit uppers keep things understated, with “Off White”-colored text where the tongue normally lies; “EXTRA” and “EYE” are surrounded by greyscale textile. Rope laces inject bright yellow personality into the pair, which “Light Aqua” profile lace structures and TPU plugs along the midsole further complement. Collars, inner lining and heel panels indulge in a trio of maroon, punchy blue and rich orange, while the outsole boasts a green arrangement. Elsewhere, midsoles opt for a tried-and-tested white scheme that makes every aforementioned hue pop that much more.
