More Alternate Color-Blocking Seen In This Nike Air Max 90 “Chlorine Blue”

Although many enthusiasts have surely met their quota after its return to “Infrared” form, the Nike Air Max 90 is closing out 2020 with dozens of non-original colorways. Case in point: a “White/Iron Grey/Chlorine Blue” option complete with alternate blocking.

Predominantly clad in “White,” the latest take of the 30-year-old design features a mixed-materials upper that boasts greyscale arrangements across its profile swooshes and mudguards. TPU accents interrupt the muted palette with their “Chlorine Blue” and crimson-reminiscent tones; bottom eye-stays mirror each other, with medial sides boasting the vibrant red detail. “NIKE AIR” branding on the heel also indulges in a scarlet makeup, albeit a darker shade, while lateral Air Max enclosures underfoot opt into the aforementioned blue color. Waffle-pattern outsoles partake in a mostly black composition, but they reveal more crimson-like contrast at the medial side of the heel.

An official Nike.com release date is still unknown, but this Air Max 90 is likely to quietly launch before the year ends. In any case, enjoy official images of the pair here below.

Elsewhere under the Swoosh umbrella, a Dunk High “Team Red” is rumored to hit retailers in early 2021.
