Earlier in the week, Nike revealed a brand new take on the Air Max 97, dressing the silhouette up in both corduroy and multicolor accents. And while presumed to be a one-off initially, the scheme is now revealing itself to be part of a much larger pack as confirmed by this matching Air Max 95.
At a glance, the colorway is essentially the same as its previously unveiled counterpart, with all the bold touches taking up space along a greyscale frame. At its lowermost points, dark shades lead in both suede and leather, while the mesh and corduroy above opt for lighter variations of the same neutral. Eye stays, then, individually color with a louder palette, starting red and then finishing with an equally saturated yellow. Alongside some additional embroidered checks, the pair plays with its branding elsewhere: the tongue emblem appears VHS-esque in its mosaic, while the insole covers with many a past Air Max insignia.
