Hearts And Trefoils Featured On This Upcoming adidas Superstar

As February is approaching, sneaker releases are getting Valentine’s Day-ready by dressing up in plush textiles, romantic imagery, and shades of red and pink. While still maintaining its classic black-and-white look, the adidas Superstar subtly gets into the spirit of love through velvet materials and embroidered graphics.

The pair’s most notable feature is the black embroidered heart intercepted by the trefoil emblem on the hindfoot. Although not easily detected at first glance, the black side stripes and heel tab have a velvety texture for a luxe touch ideal for Valentine’s Day. The heel tab also uses gold thread to embroider the adidas logo, rather than the standard white threading. Bright pink insoles finish the design to create an elevated classic that celebrates love.

The pair is set to drop at adidas.com on February 1st, for $90.
