Stussy definitely hit the ground running this 2021. After bringing back their Air Force 1s in a number of natural, hand-dyed variations, the streetwear mainstay surprised with the return of the Air Huarache — their first-ever Nike collaboration. While it has since sold out via their webstore, there are still a number of retailers still yet to drop their pairs.
A nostalgic offering for followers of the label, the Huarache comes in its original “Desert Oak” colorway. Though it was accompanied by the “Olive” scheme upon launch, it seems only this Autumnal variant will be making a wider distribution. And fittingly so, as it seems to be the more popular option of the two, garnering higher prices on the resell market post-release. Like some of Travis Scott’s best, the titular earth tone takes the lead, complimenting both a cream under layer as well as a touch of olive near the heel. Bright red emblems then brand the tongue in a fashion devoid of the Stussy name.
For another look at these, see below. A release is currently set to hit Nike SNKRS as well as quite a few retailers come February 18th.
In other news, the Air Jordan 1 Silver Toe releases next week too.
