The Nike Zoom Type Is Getting Blasted With Chilly Blues

The Nike Zoom Type Is Getting Blasted With Chilly Blues

Only a few weeks after dropping the sacai VaporWaffle, Nike continues to ride the wave of the stacked sole’s popularity via new colorways of the Waffle One—and now the Nike Air Zoom Type. A new Zoom Type arrangement is on the way, composed of various shades of blue for a chilly look.

The pair flaunts faintly blue uppers constructed of a gridded nylon material. A royal Swoosh in a hexagonal print is emblazoned on the lateral side, while the opposite side sees N.354 branding in a sky blue. These two shades also make their way onto text on the tongue label and the TPU layer stacked in between the split soles. As usual, the sole unit features Zoom Air cushioning, which is highlighted by the grey Air puck enveloped by the foam midsole and rubber outsole. Nodding to vintage-style runners, the black outsole uses the classic Waffle treading pattern to complete the design.

Enjoy official images of the Nike Air Zoom Type below as you wait for the pair to hit Nike.com in the near future with a price tag of $150.

In other news under the Swoosh umbrella, the Nike Infinity React Run 2 Flyknit is getting hit with neons for its latest “Run Past the Future” offering.
