Jasmine Tang Since the beginning of April, the Jordan Brand has been steadily building a healthy roster of colorways for one of its newest lifestyle propositions, the Jordan Delta 2. The Jumpman continues to pair black with red for its latest Delta 2 offering, following the reveal of a women’s-exclusive arrangement that boasts a Bred-like color scheme.
The Jordan Delta successor flaunts a black mesh base that features embroidery of contrasting “Jordan” and “23” texts on the sides. To match these uppers, black suede overlays are used throughout, incorporating hints of grey near the toe. Unlike the aforementioned women’s pair, this newly-unveiled style uses a vibrant crimson rather than the maroon Fireberry shade. The crimson colors both the Jumpman label on the lateral side and the heel tab loop. As with other Delta 2 models, the design is finished with a React foam midsole in an off-white hue that features haphazard bubbles and dimples underfoot.
