A Sporty Blue And Orange Appear On The Nike Free Run 2 Retro

It’s official that the Nike Free Run 2—one of the 2010s’ quintessential running shoes—is returning this year. Besides the classic black and white colorways, the Swoosh may also be looking to re-release some colorful classics. Old and new fans of the Nike Free favorite can anticipate the arrival of a bold blue and orange mix.

The breathable mesh upper indulges in a vibrant blue but is immediately offset by the darker navy. Navy suede constructs the model’s signature caged overlays. More caged detailing is present underneath these suede elements, exhibiting a stark white and stretching onto the heel. To add an additional hint of color and break away from the primarily cool-toned makeup, a loud crimson is applied to the embroidered Swoosh on the lateral side, the inside, and the insole. In signature Free Run fashion, the pair is finished off with an asymmetric lacing system and a segmented outsole.

Get a closer look at the Free Run 2 below, which will hit Nike.com in the near future with a price tag of $110.
