Michael Le Next to the Air Jordan 4 “Lightning,” the Air Jordan 5 “Oreo” is arguably one of the most exciting Retros of 2021. And following a number of in-depth teases, the pair has finally appeared by way of official images.
Due this September if all goes well, the pair replicates the original colorway to extremely close spec. The nubuck upper is appropriately dressed in black, matching the tongue, laces, and molds adjacent. Opaque cages, then, sit right along the side and instep, complementing the “Oreo” theme that’s bolstered both by the white lining and the midsole’s speckled teeth. Elsewhere, silver-threaded Jumpman logos stand tall at the helm, see-through lace locks hang along the strings, and an icy blue finish rounds out the tooling.
