The Slightest Hints Of Red Fire Up This All-Black Nike Waffle One

The Slightest Hints Of Red Fire Up This All-Black Nike Waffle One

With its lightweight mesh uppers and an array of vibrant color options, the Nike Waffle One has proven to be a strong pick for the summer. The silhouette will soon be showcasing its range by opting for a rather stealthy colorway as we head into the way.

This new arrangement sees its black mesh uppers backed by a layer of white underneath, unlike the previous see-through offerings. Black suede lacestays and overlays on the toe and heel further the triple-black look. Even the profile Swooshes and both the midsole and stacked heel piece are in matte black to deliver a stealthy look. The only instances of color are the pops of red applied to branding on the tongue, stitch details, and the mini embroidered Swoosh on the lateral side. A black outsole that sees speckling due to the use of Regrind rubber rounds out this Bred-reminiscent style.

Enjoy official images of the Waffle One below, which will arrive at Nike.com in the near future at $100.

In other Swoosh-related news, Kyrie Irving has just been spotted in an unreleased Nike Kyrie 8 colorway.
