Jovani Hernandez Having been confirmed in mid-June, the women’s Air Jordan 14 Low “Lipstick” (also known as “Iconic Red”) finally releases tomorrow, September 16th.
Matte nubuck and suede leather make up the upper, which is taken over by a “Black” make up. Tongue and collar area deviate from their pitch-dark surroundings in the titular scarlet tone as a nod to lipstick. Metallic silver accents throughout the sole unit deliver more eye-catching flair to the low-top Air Jordan 14; the sports car-inspired Jumpman emblem on the lateral heel forgoes any speckled styling, but indulge in a shimmering finish. Lastly, the retro’s sock-liner and tissue paper packaging make the most overt call-back to the sneakers’ inspiration as they both include lipstick-related imagery and detailing.
Enjoy detailed images of the pair here below while you wait to secure your pair via Nike SNKRS tomorrow, September 16th.
