Michael Le While it may often deviate from its roots, the Nike Dunk will never shake the “Be True To Your School” pack. And soon, following many a true Retro, the silhouette will flip the beloved St. John’s signature for the upcoming “Championship Red” colorway.
If you’re familiar with the university and its very own Dunk Low, then not much should come as a surprise here. White leathers, while previously laid along the base, now take center stage, dressing everything from the toe cap to the Swoosh. Underneath, the titular red comes into play, loud despite being caged in by the aforementioned overlays. Elsewhere, the tooling mirrors this two-toned look, using the neutral atop the midsole and its bold counterpart along the tread.
