The New Balance 1400 Returns With Made In USA Construction

The New Balance 1400 Returns With Made In USA Construction

Compared to, say, the 990 series or the 327, the New Balance 1400 is not the most popular kid on the block. Aside from a couple collaborations with J.Crew and BEAMS, the silhouette rarely joined alongside its peers. However, that may change very soon as it’s soon to return featuring Made in USA construction.

The colorway meets its materials halfway, proffering a clean arrangement of neutral and cool tones. Along the side, the “N” logo pops with its muted blue, matching the slight tint of the mesh toe box. Elsewhere, the Boston-based footwear brand’s love for grey comes through by way of the adjacent suedes whose texture appears almost velvet-like. Cream, then, rounds out the palette through heel clip and leather paneling.

Enjoy a closer look below. A release, while TBD, should hit NewBalance.com and select retailers within the coming months.
