Nike By Williamsburg Is The Brand’s Latest Retail Expression

Nike By Williamsburg Is The Brand’s Latest Retail Expression

Having opened up a new location in Seoul on August 12th, NIKE, Inc. has recently added yet another digitally-enabled retail footprint to its portfolio: Nike By Williamsburg.

Located at 81 North 6th Street in Brooklyn, NY, the “brick-and-mortar” location has been designed with the brand’s Live concept. Akin to shops on the Upper East Side and Flatiron neighborhood, the newly-launched space is small-format and tailored specifically for the Williamsburg consumer. A strong focus has been placed on women, with products and services evolving with local consumers as time goes on. As part of its strategy, the Nike by Williamsburg locale offers:

• A curated assortment of performance and lifestyle footwear and apparel offerings that are geared towards our Women and Men consumers in the neighborhood
• A new gender neutral apparel section with extended sizing on the second floor featuring genderless mannequins, premiering for the first time in a Live store format
• Partnerships with Williamsburg businesses like Buddies Coffee, Northside Bakery, La Bicyclette Bakery, Heal Haus, Y7 Studio, and Grind House to support the local community

At two-stories and 6,000 square feet, the Swoosh’s latest NYC-based store will have no shortage of product. And by leveraging market research, its Nike SNKRS and other digital platforms, the folks over at Nike have insured the shop offers just what the immediate community wants.
