Michael Le Nike SB is largely responsible for the Blazer Mid‘s more interesting appearances. The “Acclimate Pack” upgrade is certainly no exception, its redesign an aesthetic pivot away from the skateboarding category. And here, following some more rugged, outdoors-inspired colorways, the silhouette is returning in a versatile “Triple Black” arrangement.
Structurally, the pair follows the example of the iterations before it. Robust canvas and suede meet along the profile, setting a dual-material backdrop for the leather Swoosh as well as the reinforced stitching that accompanies. Below, the sole offers the classic model’s usual sheen, while the fixtures above subvert standard with rope laces, additional webbing, and what looks to be a fleece lining. Behind, the heel tab is enhanced in size to better display the retro-styled “Nike SB” text and the monochromatic portrayal of nature.
