Nike Brings “Obsidian” And “Brigade Blue” To The Air Max 2021

Nike Brings “Obsidian” And “Brigade Blue” To The Air Max 2021

Before the “Hyper Royal” and “University Blue” Air Jordan 1s, there was the “Obsidian,” a release once universally loved across the entirety of TikTok. And though it’s largely fallen out of the public eye, the colorway is making somewhat of a return via the Air Max 2021.

Neutrals play a much larger part here, though, thus relegating the brighter hues to the accents. “Brigade Blue” is used sparingly across the eyelets and foxing, dressing just adjacent to an equally bright display of “Lime Glow.” The black and white found along the upper and Swoosh/midsole pale in tonal comparison, more so than the “Obsidian” that rounds out the construction by way of the lace unit, collar, heel, and the like.

Enjoy a comprehensive look at the release below and sit tight as it’s soon to hit Nike.com and select retailers.

In other news, the Jordan 3 Cardinals is coming in 2022.
